Customer Retention Manager – Voice Process
💼 Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing ICICI Lombard customers.
- Contact customers regarding upcoming policy renewals.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, renewal options and offers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Convince customers to renew their insurance policies.
- Follow up with customers who have not completed their renewal.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly retention/renewal targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related information in the CRM.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, wherever applicable.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the renewal process.
