Job Description
We Are Hiring – Commi | Maiz Kitchens
Brands: Maiz Mexican Kitchen & Harvest Salad Co.
Locations: Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers / Experienced (QSR or kitchen experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per recipes and SOPs.
- Handle vegetable cutting, ingredient preparation and mise en place.
- Ensure food quality, taste and presentation.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen stock and follow FIFO practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Support timely order preparation and dispatch.
