Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other digital platforms.
Develop concepts and ideas for Reels, Posts, Stories, Videos, Carousels and Campaigns.
Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, taglines and promotional content.
Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags and social media trends.
Create content aligned with different brand identities and target audiences.
Work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Social Media Managers and Marketing Executives.
Develop creative concepts for Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh campaign ideas.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual/content direction.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools and content marketing techniques.
Required Skills
Excellent Hindi and English communication/writing skills.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
Ability to write strong hooks, captions and short-form video scripts.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Good research and content planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut or similar tools will be an advantage.
