Customer Service Executive – Medicine Delivery
Company: Healthcare Company
Location: Juinagar
Role: Customer Service – Medicine Delivery Status
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls and provide updates on medicine delivery status.
• Resolve customer queries related to orders and delivery.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements:
• Qualification: HSC
• Customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills
Shift: Day rotational shift, any 9 hours
• Girls: Day rotational shifts
• Boys: Shift may extend up to 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹22,000 In-Hand | ₹27,000 CTC
Location: Juinagar
Bus Facility: Pick-up & drop facility available from Juinagar Station.
