Job Description
🚨 Urgent Opening – Blended Customer Support ProcessPosition: Customer Support Executive
Process: Blended Process – Voice + Email + Chat
Location: Juhinagar, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Day Rotation
Experience: 6 Months+ in Voice/Customer Support preferred
Salary: ₹15,000–₹27,000 CTC
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.
- Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good typing and email/chat-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a blended process and day-rotation shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
