Job Description
Floor Coordinator (Seva Sarthi) – SBI का काम आमतौर पर SBI की branch में आने वाले customers को guide करना और branch के daily operations में support करना होता है।
मुख्य काम:
🏦 Branch में आने वाले customers को सही counter/desk पर guide करना
📄 Account opening, KYC, ATM, cheque, passbook आदि में basic assistance देना
👥 Customers की queries को समझकर सही SBI staff तक पहुंचाना
📝 Forms भरने में customers की मदद करना
🖥️ Digital banking जैसे YONO, UPI, Internet Banking आदि के लिए basic guidance देना
⏳ Branch में customer flow और queue management संभालना
📞 जरूरत पड़ने पर customers को संबंधित service/team से connect करना
Branch की overall customer service और coordination में support करना
सरल भाषा में: यह एक customer handling + branch coordination की job है। इसमें मुख्य focus customer को सही जानकारी देना और SBI branch में उनका काम आसानी से करवाने में मदद करना होता है।
