Company: Maruti Suzuki Automotive
Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE – Service)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and service inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the service department.
- Maintain customer records and update service details.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and collect service feedback.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
