Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, videos, comments, and profiles.
  • Check content against company community guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.
  • Handle categories such as spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, inappropriate content, and other policy violations.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.
  • Make accurate decisions based on predefined moderation guidelines.
  • Maintain required accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets.
  • Document moderation decisions and update case details in internal systems.
  • Stay updated with changes in moderation policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of user and platform information.
  • Work closely with quality, operations, and escalation teams.
