Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update dispatch, shipment, and delivery data accurately.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain daily dispatch and logistics records in Excel/system.
- Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and logistics teams.
- Track shipments and update delivery status.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in dispatch/logistics will be an advantage
