Job description:
Developing strategic and long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Maintaining the site as per Upkeep manner and raised the requirement to maintain the site facility upkeep.
Maintaining site upkeep as per EHS and WHS manner.
Coordinating with Site Security team for Fire Evacuation Mock drill and First aid & Fire Training activity.
Managing/preparing site budget related task with site Admin Manager/Team.
Maintaining & handling site related Inventory stock.
Maintaining & handling site store management and doing weekly & monthly checkup and audit for store and prepare BOQ for Par stock.
Responsible for maintenance and assistance of Administration & facilities related work.
Preparing and Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic facility goals
Coordinating & Maintaining cleaning standards and hygiene with Housekeeping.
Handling supporting staff like executives, technician and housekeeping team.
Responsible for Guest Relation Management.
Ensuring that all paperwork, reports, logs and work-related documents are completed and filed accordingly.
Establishes standards and procedures for work of executives, housekeeping & technician.
Knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning methods of site.
Preparing and training calendar for site support team.
Handles admin and facility related activities and complaints.
Arrangements of Client Meeting and I Handling Client Visits.
Handling conference room booking and all the Arrangements.
