Job Profile: Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and energetic Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our customer relationships. This is a field-based role focused on engaging with our existing customer base and nurturing hot/warm leads. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting field visits to meet existing clients and warm/hot prospects.
• Handling client negotiations and closing deals effectively.
• Maintaining active and prompt communication via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Updating daily calls and status on App.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: graduation.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Key Traits: Strong negotiation skills, highly proactive/responsive on calls and WhatsApp, and a strong drive to perform 
• looking for candidates with a genuine need and hunger to grow.

Work Timings:

• Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Field Flexibility: Sales team members can log in directly from the field, provided a proper prior update is given to the management.

Salary & Compensation Structure:

• Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (fixed base, depending on the interview performance and relevant experience).
• Target Structure:
• For a ₹15,000 to 25,000 fixed salary:
