Role Overview

• Position: HR Executive

• Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

• Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Education Qualification: Graduate (Any specialization; HR degrees/diplomas preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

• Creative Sourcing: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for niche creative roles like Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, and AutoCAD Draftsmen.

• Technical Sourcing: Recruit for on-site execution teams including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Procurement Executives.

• Interview Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.

HR Operations & Onboarding

• Joining Formalities: Manage end-to-end onboarding, document verification, and orientation for new hires.

• Database Management: Maintain updated digital and physical employee records, contracts, and database sheets.

• Attendance & Leave: Track daily attendance, leaves, and site-visit logs for both office staff and site employees.

• Payroll Processing: Collate monthly attendance data and coordinate with the finance department for accurate, timely salary disbursement.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Creative Culture: Organize employee engagement activities to foster collaboration, motivation, and creativity in the workspace.

• Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolving workplace issues smoothly.

Skills and Requirements

• Industry Experience: 2–3 years of core HR experience (experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction companies is a major advantage).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with creative individuals and on-site workers alike.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and well-versed with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.

• Attributes: High execution speed, strong multitasking ability, and an approachable personality.
