About Coder TechnologyCoder Technology is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers or candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Internship Details
• Duration: 6 months.
• Stipend: Paid internship; the stipend amount will be communicated during the selection process.
• Stipend Revision: The stipend may be revised during the internship based on performance, learning progress, and contribution.
• Full-Time Employment: Interns demonstrating strong performance, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet expectations may be considered for full-time employment with Coder Technology after successfully completing the internship.
