Job Description
- An International BPO professional manages outsourced business processes for global clients, providing customer support, technical assistance, and other services while ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple communication channels.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with clients from various countries to resolve inquiries and provide solutions efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer service or technical assistance
- Document customer interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems for record-keeping and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate priority concerns when necessary
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements, and quality standards
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and service delivery
- Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support software
