Job Purpose

To manage the company’s day-to-day hardware, software and IT infrastructure, ensuring all employees have reliable, secure and uninterrupted access to required systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
• Maintain CCTV, biometric/access-control and basic networking systems.
• Manage data backup and ensure important company data is protected.
• Maintain complete IT asset and software inventory.
• Set up computers, email and software for new employees and recover assets/access during employee exits.
• Maintain IT documentation, passwords, licences, warranties and AMC records.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Windows installation and administration
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and basic networking
• Printer and peripheral configuration
• Antivirus and basic cybersecurity
• CCTV and NVR/DVR systems
• Backup and storage
• Hardware/software procurement and vendor coordination

Ideal CandidateA hands-on IT professional who can independently handle both hardware and software requirements, troubleshoot employee issues quickly, manage IT assets and coordinate with external vendors.

Financial services / stock broking / BFSI experience will be an advantage.
