- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Accounting Software.
- Reconcile daily POS sales with cash, UPI, card and online payments.
- Reconcile Zomato and Swiggy sales and settlement statements.
- Track commissions, discounts, refunds and other deductions from aggregators.
- Maintain daily cash book and conduct cash reconciliation.
- Maintain bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Record purchase invoices, expenses and supplier bills.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and follow up for pending invoices.
- Verify purchase bills with purchase orders/GRNs wherever applicable.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Track staff advances, petty cash and expense vouchers.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales & expense MIS.
- Assist management in preparing monthly P&L and cost reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills, invoices and vouchers.
- Assist the CA with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations, purchase, stores and management for accounting-related matters.
- Identify discrepancies in sales, purchases, cash or bank transactions and report them promptly.
