Loan Officer – Home Loans
Job Location: Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 Net Salary per month

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Home Loan products.
- Explain home loan products, features and eligibility criteria.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them with the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further processing and documentation.
- Achieve assigned calling and business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Experience: Tele sales experience required.
- Graduate freshers can also apply (50 dedicated openings).
- HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience are eligible.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Important Requirements
- CIBIL score must be 690 or above.
- No outstanding loan dues or overdue.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mahape office.
