Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Executive who can coordinate across departments, maintain accurate operational information and ensure important activities are followed through to completion.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, working with data and taking ownership of timelines in a manufacturing environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Sales, CRM, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch.
• Track orders and operational activities against timelines.
• Follow up on pending materials, production and dispatch requirements.
• Maintain MIS, trackers and operational documentation.
• Identify delays and escalate issues with relevant information.
• Coordinate information and handovers between departments.
• Prepare regular operational status reports.
• Support improvements in processes and follow-up discipline.
