About Urban Hive Pro

Urban Hive Pro is a growing PG accommodation and co-living brand in Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-focused PG Manager to manage daily PG operations, handle customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure the proper maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily PG Inspection & Operations

- Conduct daily morning rounds of assigned PG properties.

- Check that unnecessary lights, fans, and electrical appliances are switched off.

- Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance of all rooms and common areas.

- Inspect PG facilities and ensure everything is well-maintained.

- Identify and report maintenance issues and take necessary action.

2. Lead Management & Customer Calling

- Make outbound calls to leads received through Justdial and other platforms.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Explain room availability, rental charges, facilities, and company policies.

- Schedule property visits and coordinate with interested customers.

3. Property Visits & Customer Onboarding

- Welcome customers and show them available rooms and facilities.

- Explain rental terms, deposit requirements, and payment policies.

- Get the required customer registration forms completed.

- Coordinate police verification, documentation, and rental agreement formalities.

- Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.

4. Online Payments & Documentation

- Collect rent, security deposits, and other applicable payments through approved online payment methods.

- Verify payment details and confirm successful transactions.

- Maintain accurate records of payments, bookings, customer documents, and pending dues.

- Ensure all documentation and payment formalities are completed before customer move-in.

5. Maintenance & Customer Support

- Handle day-to-day maintenance requirements and minor operational issues.

- Address resident complaints and resolve problems promptly.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, and other service providers whenever required.

- Ensure residents have a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

- Escalate major issues to management when necessary.

6. Daily Reporting & Coordination

- Share daily updates regarding property inspections, leads, calls, visits, bookings, collections, and maintenance issues.

- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned PG properties.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer, smartphone, and online payment knowledge.

- Ability to make sales calls and convert leads into bookings.

- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to travel between PG properties in Navi Mumbai.

- Previous experience in PG management, hospitality, sales, or property management will be an advantage.
