Job Description
The Pre-Sales Executive acts as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound queries from digital ads, portals, and WhatsApp, and make outbound calls to cold or warm prospects.
- Requirement Gathering: Understand customer needs, preferred micro-locations, property type , budget, and purchase timeline.
- Project Pitching: Explain project features, builder reputation, amenities, pricing, and basic payment plans clearly.
- Site Visit Coordination: Schedule physical or virtual site visits and coordinate with field sales managers to ensure seamless client handovers.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call statuses, and follow-up dates in the CRM Software.
- Follow-Ups: Execute structured follow-up routines with prospects before and after scheduled site visits to maximize conversion rates
