Quotation And Tender Executive

We are looking for a Quotation & Tender Executive to manage customer enquiries, quotation communication, tender documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer enquiries and RFQs.
• Coordinate internally to obtain pricing, technical details and other information.
• Communicate prepared quotations to customers and follow up on their status.
• Handle tender portals, documentation and submission processes.
• Coordinate with customers regarding clarifications and required documents.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, tenders and purchase orders.
• Manage customer emails and routine business correspondence.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook and Tally.
• Good email drafting and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of commercial documentation and tender processes.
• Good coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in quotation coordination, tender handling or sales administration is preferred.
