Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential property buyers.
  • Explain residential projects, offers, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and configuration.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
  • Update customer details and call records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and site visits.
  • Build a positive relationship with customers.
