- Receive vessel/rank requirement from the ship manager.
- Confirm joining date, vessel, rank, trading area, and contract duration.
Candidate Sourcing
- Search candidates through company database, referrals, job portals, and recruitment agencies.
- Shortlist candidates based on rank, experience, vessel type, and required certificates.
CV Screening
- Rank and sea service
- Vessel type and DWT
- Previous companies
- Last sign-off date
- Relevant experience
- Certificates and licenses
Interview / Evaluation
- Conduct HR/technical interview.
- Arrange Master/Chief Engineer/management interview where required.
- Record interview remarks and final recommendation.
