Job Description
Develop and maintain B2B relationships with DSAs, connectors, financial consultants, and channel partners.
Identify and onboard new DSAs and business partners to expand the company’s sourcing network.
Generate loan business through existing and newly acquired DSA/channel partner relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure regular business flow and long-term association.
Promote and source Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Home Loan products through the partner network.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, pricing, and process requirements to DSAs and customers.
Coordinate with internal teams and bank/NBFC partners for smooth loan processing, sanction, and disbursement.
Follow up on leads and loan files from login to final disbursement.
Resolve partner and customer queries and provide regular updates on application status.
Track DSA performance, business volumes, and conversion ratios to improve productivity.
Achieve monthly business sourcing, disbursement, and new DSA acquisition targets.
Maintain proper records of partner activity, leads, applications, and business performance.
