Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle inbound/outbound calls or digital leads from customers planning domestic or international travel.
Product Pitching: Explain ICICI Lombard Travel Insurance features—including single-trip, multi-trip, and student plans, medical coverage, baggage loss, and Schengen/visa compliance requirements
Channel & Agent Management (If Agency/B2B role): Recruit, train, and manage travel agents, tour operators, and channel partners to drive travel insurance sales.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly insurance sales, conversion, and renewal targets
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales support, answer policy queries, and ensure smooth issuance of travel policies.
