Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
  • Provide complete information about features, price, EMI options, and accessories.
  • Conduct test rides and follow up on leads.
  • Explain finance and insurance options available.
  • Assist in booking and documentation processes.
  • Regularly follow up with potential and booked customers.
  • Update daily sales reports and maintain lead records.
  • Coordinate with the delivery, service, and finance teams for smooth processing.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional and sales campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate .
  • 2+ years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
  • Passion for automobiles and customer service.
