Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. Key Responsibilities: • Handle client inquiries, maintain and update customer records and sales databases accurately. • Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and conversions. • Schedule meetings and maintain communication with domestic and international clients. • Plan and coordinate domestic and international expos, including booking exhibition space and arranging logistics. • Arrange international and domestic travel for directors and staff, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and local transport. • Coordinate with external vendors for visa processing and documentation. .Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree. • Fluency in English is must • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong communication skills.
