Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager (Courier & Logistics)
• Primary Goal: Drive revenue growth by signing up corporate accounts, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), and regular shippers for domestic or international courier and cargo services.
• Work Type: Field sales or hybrid (in-person client visits combined with digital outreach). [1]

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective corporate clients, manufacturing units, e-commerce sellers, and businesses needing regular logistics support.
• Client Acquisition: Pitch international/domestic courier, air cargo, sea freight, and supply chain solutions to decision-makers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high retention.
• Negotiation & Closing: Share quotations, negotiate pricing and service-level agreements (SLAs), and close sales contracts.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets.
• Market Monitoring: Track competitor pricing, market trends, and new business opportunities within the assigned territory. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in sales.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven business development or B2B sales experience (logistics/courier industry experience is a strong plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, presentable, and comfortable with daily field travel.
