Job Description

Sales training: Prospecting, lead conversion, objection handling, upselling and cross-selling.

Product training: Equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, demat/trading accounts, and other relevant offerings.

Market knowledge: Basic understanding of capital markets, trading concepts, and financial terminology.

Training delivery: Classroom, virtual, induction, refresher, and performance-improvement programs.

Content development: Training decks, role plays, assessments, call scripts, product modules, and learning material.

Sales coaching: Call monitoring, field/team coaching, feedback, and identifying skill gaps.

Performance measurement: Track training effectiveness through conversion, productivity, revenue, and quality metrics.

Compliance: Ensure sales training aligns with applicable financial-market regulations and internal compliance policies.

Stakeholder management: Work with Sales, Product, Compliance, HR/L&D, and senior management.

Experience: Typically 3–7+ years in sales training/L&D, preferably within broking, BFSI, wealth management, or financial services.
