WE’RE HIRING | SITE SUPERVISOR 🏗️
📍 Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
👷 Vacancies: 2 Positions
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years in Construction
💰 Salary: As per market standards & interview performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily construction activities
* Manage labour, subcontractors & workers
* Ensure work as per drawings & instructions
* Monitor attendance, productivity & discipline
* Ensure site safety & PPE compliance
* Check basic quality of ongoing work
* Manage materials & minimize wastage
* Prepare daily site progress reports
* Resolve minor site issues & conflicts
Skills Required:
✅ Practical construction knowledge
✅ Labour & workforce handling
✅ Basic drawing understanding
✅ Problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication & leadership
