Job Description – Store ManagerCompany: Neom Modular Pvt Ltd

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material inward and outward, stock maintenance, and timely material availability for production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records.
2. Handle material inward, outward and stock entries.
3. Maintain inventory of plywood, laminates, hardware, handles, adhesives and other materials.
4. Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
5. Coordinate with purchase, production and dispatch departments.
6. Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
7. Conduct regular physical stock verification.
8. Ensure proper storage, labelling and identification of materials.
9. Minimise material wastage, damage and stock discrepancies.
10. Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers and other store documentation.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Experience in ERP / Tally will be preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in manufacturing or modular furniture industry.

Job Location: Neom Modular Pvt Ltd

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Requirement: Strong control over inventory, accurate stock records and timely material availability for production.
