Job Description

  • Job Description –
  • TDS Executive / Taxation ExecutiveHandle end-to-end TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) activities, including calculation, verification, and compliance.
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly TDS returns accurately within the prescribed statutory timelines.
  • Reconcile TDS payable and ledger balances with books of accounts, challans, and TRACES records.
  • Perform TDS reconciliation between the accounting records, challans,TDS returns to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit TDS return revisions for correction of PAN, challan, deductee details, amounts, and other reporting errors.
  • Download and verify TDS certificates and ensure accuracy of reported deductions.
  • Mail Management with regards to TDS-related queries and discrepancy resolution.
  • Handle TRACES-related activities, including downloading statements, notices, defaults, justification reports, and TDS certificates.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of TDS returns, challans, reconciliations, certificates, revisions, and correspondence.
  • Maintain trackers for TDS filing, reconciliation, payments, revisions, and pending issues.
