Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Track daily reports, attendance, and work progress.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve team-related issues and improve overall performance.
- RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
