Job Description
Urgent Opening: Team Leader – International BPO
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1+ years as a TL in an International BPO (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to ₹7.0 LPA
Requirements: Fluent English | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of agents to hit KPIs (SLA, AHT, CSAT, Quality).
Conduct 1-on-1 coaching, performance tracking, and regular feedback sessions.
Handle customer escalations and maintain process compliance.
Generate daily/weekly operational performance reports.
