Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele-Callers to promote our B2C exhibitions. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating warm leads, following up and converting prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 250-300 outbound calls daily to prospective participants from the company's database and generate warm leads
• Promote upcoming exhibitions - dates, city, venue, etc
• Follow up with warm leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
• Convert warm leads into stall booking by collecting advance
• Follow-up with booked stalls for balance payment
• Maintain and update daily reports and update management
• Achieve daily calling targets
• Coordinate with internals teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, convincing, persuasive and customer-friendly manner
• Working knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and WhatsApp
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Maintain accurate daily calling and conversion reports
