• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain HDFC financial products and services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain daily call and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for customer meetings and documentation.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely follow-ups.
• EligibilityMinimum 6 months–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, Loan, or Financial Services.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Good Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (as per experience)
