Job Description
Job Title: HR Telecaller / Recruitment Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Call candidates regarding overseas job vacancies.
- Explain job requirements, salary packages, and company benefits.
- Collect CVs and candidate details through calls and WhatsApp.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates for CVs, documents, and interview attendance.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily calling reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with recruiters and the HR team to fulfil client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Confident telephone communication and follow-up skills.
