Urgent Opening – Inbound CRM Executive

Position: CRM Executive – Inbound Process

Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics / Medicine

Location: Juhinagar, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Process: Inbound Voice Process

Experience: 6 Months–2 Years in Customer Support / CRM / Healthcare preferred

Shift: Day Shift / Day Rotation

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding medicines, healthcare services, test bookings, reports, and related queries.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

Assist customers with medicine-related queries and order requests as per company guidelines.

Create and update customer requests/orders in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams for order status, delivery, billing, and other customer concerns.

Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow CRM processes.

Escalate medical or product-related queries to the concerned team whenever required.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Prior experience in inbound customer support/CRM/healthcare/medicine process will be preferred.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
