Telesales Executive – B2C


Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to connect with customers, explain our products/services, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and daily calling reports.
  • Handle customer objections professionally.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/B2C sales.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is preferred.
