Juinagar -Sales Executive Outbound Banking Sales (EMI Conversion & Customer Retention)


The role involves connecting with existing customers to promote EMI conversion services, product activations, and customer retention while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to existing customers.
  • Drive sales through EMI conversion, product activation, and retention campaigns.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant banking products and services, wherever applicable.
