Job RoleWe are looking for a confident and professional Private Charter Travel Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and assist customers with private jet and charter travel requirements.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential and existing customers regarding private charter services
- Handle incoming charter enquiries professionally
- Understand customer requirements such as route, date, passenger count and aircraft preference
- Follow up with interested clients and leads
- Share charter quotations and basic service information
- Coordinate with the Charter Sales and Operations team
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM
- Follow up on WhatsApp, phone and email
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and high-value clients
- Achieve monthly lead and booking targets
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Sales-focused and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, telesales or customer service preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
