Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
- Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
- Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette.
- Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
- Not pursuing any full-time educational course.
- Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts.
- Willing to relocate within Transport Boundary (if outstation).
- Must carry original Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
