Job Description

Operate photocopy, Xerox, scanning, and printing machines efficiently.

Take photocopies, printouts, scans, and document bindings as required.

Maintain proper quality and alignment of documents.

Handle basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.

Manage paper, toner, and other printing supplies.

Maintain daily records of printing/photocopy work and payments.

Assist customers with document-related requirements.

Keep the work area clean and organized.
