Job Description

  • Plant Care: Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns according to design plans.
  • Routine Maintenance: Water, fertilize, mow grass, weed flower beds, edge paths, and prune bushes or trees.
  • Pest & Disease Control: Monitor plant health and apply organic or chemical treatments to manage pests and plant diseases.
  • Equipment Operation: Use and perform basic maintenance on tools like lawnmowers, trimmers, pruning shears, and leaf blowers.
  • Irrigation Management: Set, check, and repair watering or sprinkler systems to ensure proper hydration.
  • Seasonal Work: Prepare gardens for seasonal shifts, such as planting spring bulbs or clearing autumn debris.
