Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive to manage maintenance operations across 4–5 Swiggy Instamart stores.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining refrigeration systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and general store maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities across 4–5 Swiggy Instamart stores.
• Perform regular store inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Handle basic electrical wiring and plumbing work.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of existing refrigeration systems.
• Read equipment manuals and manufacturer diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for major repairs.
• Respond to maintenance complaints and resolve issues on time.
• Maintain daily maintenance reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple store locations.
• Mandatory RequirementsOwn bike is mandatory.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Must be willing to travel between 4–5 stores.
• Candidates with electrical or refrigeration maintenance experience preferred.
