JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Company
ETH Infra Private Limited operates in the real estate sector and is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and verify bills, payment records, and expense statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and customer transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and management regarding financial matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates may apply.
