Job Opening – Female Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and well-presented Female Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting work, client follow-up, and office coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and expense entries.
• Maintain accounts and perform regular bank/account reconciliation.
• Handle client follow-ups regarding payments, documents, outstanding amounts, and other account-related matters.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Handle office coordination and administrative follow-ups as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related work.
• Prepare basic reports and statements for management.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all assigned work.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.
• Well-dressed, professional, and well-groomed personality.
• Female candidates preferred.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
