We're Hiring: Accountant (Export Business)

Oberoi Refining Industry Pvt. Ltd. | Delhi | Full-Time

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 4 years, preferably in export / international trade accounting

Location: Delhi (work from office)

Minimum Experience & Eligibility Criteria

•     Minimum 4 years' relevant accounting experience; export/trade accounting background strongly preferred

•     B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance

•     Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel; familiarity with GST and export documentation (LC/FIRC/BRC)

•     Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and export-related financial documentation for our refining and international distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

•     Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations in Tally/ERP

•     Prepare and process export invoices, packing lists, and shipping-related documentation

•     Handle GST, LUT, and export compliance filings

•     Track Letters of Credit (LC), FIRC, and BRC for export remittances

•     Coordinate with banks, CHA (Customs House Agents), and freight forwarders on payment and documentation matters

•     Prepare MIS reports, payment schedules, and support month-end/year-end closing

•     Liaise with auditors and ensure timely statutory compliance
