Job Description
General Ledger & Daily Tasks: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Vendor & Inventory Tracking: Manage invoices and payments for specialized prosthetic and orthotic parts, components, and laboratory supplies.
Financial Reporting: Perform month-end and year-end close processes, and prepare accurate financial statements.
Payroll & Expenses: Monitor payroll reports, audit employee expense reports, and track operational costs.
Budgeting & Analysis: Create budgets, forecast cash flow, and analyze revenue variance against medical supply expenditures.
Compliance: Enforce internal controls, report sales or local taxes, and support annual financial audits.
