Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounting entries, purchase and sales invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform account reconciliation.
- Work on Tally ERP / Tally Prime for accounting operations.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Maintain GST records and assist with GST returns and TDS-related work.
- Handle payment processing, expense tracking and outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
